History journal with anti-Semitic statements published in Ukraine
The scholarly journal for teachers “History at School” contains statements of an anti-Semitic nature. This was reported by Ivan Oberemko on his Facebook page.
“However, in the present regime, the main goal is not spiritual rebirth, not improving people’s lives, but getting rich, which is shown, in particular, by the increase in the fortune of Poroshenko (Valtsman) to around $3 billion, the expansion of the Roshon chain stores, etc. – and all of this while there is a war in East Ukraine. It is for good reason that the politician G. Korban said on UT that P. Poroshenko (Valtsman) is a profiteer who sells his own country, his own people and his low-quality sweets,” the blogger quoted the journal.
Ivan Oberemko notes that the journal was published in September-October 2015 “with the participation of the Institute of Ukrainian History of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Pedagogical Institute of Ukraine, the Taras Shevchenko Kiev National University, the B.D. Grinchenko Kiev Pedagogical University and others”. The publisher is the Dragomanov National Pedagogical University.
“How can one disbelieve such an authoritative source published on money from a national university, which is financed from the state budget?” the blogger inquires.
In four hours Ivan’s post had received almost 1,000 likes and over 600 reposts.
